Dear Mr Ziegler

I thought I would take the liberty of resending this message in case it was
deleted by mistake.

Part of the email deals with the fact that the World Bank and the FAO differ in
their estimates of trends in food needs of the hungry.   It would seem more
helpful, other things being equal, if economists and statisticians could agree
on this matter.

If this matter is not within the responsibility of your office, then I would be
grateful if you could let me know where it may lie in terms of the international
system.
